First 2020 publication!
In their work published in the journal Neuroinformatics Gustavo S. P. Pamplona, Bruno Hebling Vieira, Prof. Frank Scharnowski and Prof. Carlos Ernesto Garrido Salmon detail a new open-source toolbox for the identification of spatial ICA maps and individualization of regions of interest, and also validation using task and resting-state fMRI data. This work was fruit of Gustavo's thesis developed at the InBrain Lab and during his stay at the University of Zürich under Professor Scharnowski supervision. Check the code in Github.
