On Tuesday, June 17, inBrainLab was pleased to welcome researcher Tatiana Wolfe, Ph.D. - a graduate of PPG-FAMB/USP - and currently affiliated with the Helen L. Porter and James T. Dyke Brain Imaging Research Center at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), in the United States. The meeting also included the participation of postdoctoral fellow Ashley Pike, Ph.D., who presented her research entitled "Investigating a novel compensatory mechanism in multiple sclerosis: expansion of the cingulum connectome to support information processing speed function".

The meeting was marked by intense discussions on neuroimaging, brain connectivity and multiple sclerosis, in addition to the presentation of the lines of research conducted by the North American center. The initiative reinforces the importance of international collaborations as a driver for scientific advancement. The dialogue between the groups allowed the exchange of methodological experiences, the approximation of complementary approaches and the identification of common points that could result in joint projects.
These moments of intellectual exchange strengthen collaborative science, promote the alignment of practices, and help build global networks committed to producing relevant, high-impact knowledge. inBrainLab reaffirms its commitment to open, interdisciplinary, and excellent science. Welcoming researchers such as Dr. Tatiana Wolfe and Dr. Ashley Pike is a source of pride and motivation for the group.
Internationalization continues to be a strategic axis for strengthening the research developed in the laboratory and its insertion in scientific networks with global reach.
